I didn’t take up fitness training myself until I was nearly fifty.  Having felt so much better as a result, I’m passionate about sharing this feeling of wellbeing with others.  When I was in my early 40’s if you’d told me I’d be doing marathons, triathlons and even an Ironman in my 50’s I’d have said you’d be mad, but I did and it’s a great feeling!
